Beckfoot Trust is an organisation that links a group of local Bradford schools together so that they can collectively improve the life chances for young people within their schools. Our aim is to create a group of truly remarkable schools each with a genuine comprehensive intake. They will be wonderful places for young people to learn and grow up in. We want to make a difference. We want to create something special.

About Us

Welcome from the Headteacher

Linda HansonI would like to take this opportunity to welcome you to our school website.

Please take a few minutes to explore and find out more about Nessfield and our ongoing journey to becoming a good school that provides an engaging and fun education for all our children, enabling them to achieve their full potential in a safe and caring environment.

At Nessfield, children are at the heart of everything we do. Threaded through every decision we make about school improvement is our focus on maximising the outcomes for all our children. We strongly believe it is our responsibility to provide a place where everyone feels welcome, safe, secure and highly valued. Our focus is on providing the highest standard of education that is inclusive of everyone.

We also view it as our responsibility to play a significant role in developing strong core values within our children. We see these as key to ensuring our children develop as individuals as well as becoming life-long learners. It is vital they are equipped emotionally, morally and academically to contribute positively to their wider community becoming responsible and thoughtful young people who can make a difference to the world in which they live.

I feel honoured to be the headteacher at Nessfield and work alongside children, staff, families and the wider community to enable the school to become the fantastic school we know it can be. Our journey has only just begun and we welcome everyone to join us as we travel forward sharing and celebrating our successes.
