As part of our commitment to 'Get Nessfield Moving' we have all been busy taking part in The Daily Mile. Three times a week children and staff run or jog a mile at their own pace in the fresh air. Occasionally we walk to catch our breath but we are all aiming to run or jog for the full 15 minutes. 

By completing The Daily Mile we ensuring we are all keeping healthy because it promotes our physical, social, emotional and mental health. We enjoy the social time with our friends and means when we return to class we are ready to learn!
