Change to Morning Arrival
Arrangements for Years 3, 4 & 5
Thank you for your patience and feedback regarding our morning arrival routines.
From tomorrow, children in Years 3, 4 and 5 will be greeted by their teacher on the playground at the start of the school day. Children will line up with their class before being brought into school together by their teacher.
✅ The children have already practised this new routine and responded brilliantly.
This change will:
🌟 Reduce congestion along the pathway for parents and carers
🌟 Create a calmer and more organised start to the day
🌟 Help children settle quickly with their classmates
🌟 Give everyone a positive and purposeful start to learning
We kindly ask that children are brought straight onto the playground when they arrive at school.

☕ Macmillan Coffee Afternoon – Thursday 1st October
Join us for our annual Macmillan Coffee Afternoon!
🕒 Doors open at 2:45pm
If you are planning to attend, please let us know so that your child can be ready and waiting for you.
💚 We are also inviting all children to wear something green for the day and make a £1 donation in support of Macmillan Cancer Support.
🍰 Donations of cakes and sweet treats are greatly appreciated (please remember to include ingredient information if homemade).
Every donation, no matter how small, helps support this wonderful charity and the incredible work they do.
